My Beautiful Palace

I live in a charming flat situated in the old quarter. The flats have only 5 years and they have the appearance of an amphitheatre with a magnificent fountain in the centre made of marble and with three guardians orange trees.
Before, around the fountain there was grass, but the neighbours decide to change it for rocs because cats came there in the night to sleep.

The flat have a modern exterior elevator of blue crystal, behind which were hided the stairs.
My flat is in the first stage. It is small, but it is the best flat in the world.
It have a nice kitchen and a spacious and warm living room. It has two bath rooms, the principal bedroom and another bedroom; my room (or better, our room).
I share the room with my two sisters, Laura and Maria. We sleep in a triplex berth.
In home there are only women, so the coexistence is to fun.
The decoration is quite modern.

In our flat we have a big aquarium (1.10 x 0.70), two TVs and four computers and air conditioned in all rooms. I am very happy when I am there.
I can not think in another place to live.

Gachas, a tradicional dished of Baeza

I am going to explain the cooking process of a traditional dished served in Baeza.

Gachas is a dessert, tipical and famous of Baeza due to its delicious flavour and its easy elaboration.

During hundred of years, Gachas had been a tipical lunch in the Baeza´s families because its ingredients were more cheap and the casseroles of Gachas could last some days. Now, to eat Gachas in a restaurant is a luxury.

The principals ingredients are oil, milk, flour, sugar, bread and Matalauva.

First, you must tost the flour in a deep skillet and add the Matalauva. When the flour is tost, we must put the milk, the sugar and the fried bread in small parts.

When the mixture have a consistant texture, we must put it in a dish with butter.

If you want, you can decorate it with cinnamon.

Bon appetit!
